Dezrez has definitely exceeded my expectations, particularly the quality of support we’ve received. We have a chain of 10 offices across the Northwest and we’ve really benefited from the delegate training days to improve productivity for existing staff and to get new starters off on the right foot.
One of the challenges we’ve faced when growing is how to maintain a level of consistency in customer service and how to share information across our branches. The key to its success for us has been continual training.
