We changed our business model from traditional estate agency to the ‘realtor style’ model in 2008. This meant we no longer employed our own sales people. With a team of self-employed property consultants working from both the office and home we needed a software solution that would enable us to access property and client information ‘on the go’. Our current provider was not able to do this.
We looked at many different software providers and decided that Dezrez was the closest match to our needs. Dezrez warned us that it would be a painful process. It would involve migrating our existing data and of course learning a whole new system. There were problems with the migration but Dezrez were on hand to solve the issues and we were soon up and running. The training was conducted by Lisa Claro and we decided to book her at our premises for a couple of days. She was fantastic and couldn’t do enough to help. Once we had received the initial training we were straight on the system. Of course it was frustrating and you often felt like it was your first day in estate agency but the Dezrez support was second to none. Any questions were answered and more often than not they would get on your computer remotely and physically show you what to do.
