We are a family run business with offices along the M4 Corridor in South Wales. We have been with Dezrez from the beginning and are regularly contacted by other software companies but we will never leave Dezrez.
Not only is the software spot on in the terms of what it can do for us in the office, the technical support team are always ready to help via email, a support request or even on the phone which is unusual these days with IT companies. They provide great software with excellent customer service, which is appreciated throughout our company.
"MyDezrez" has recently been put into effect throughout our company and it is another reason why we use Dezrez. They create new customisable ways for us to do our job more effectively whilst pushing the boundaries of what can be done in the estate agency game.
We are always looking at ways to improve our company and the service we provide our customers. And, we regularly take advantage of the training schemes, courses and seminars put in place by Dezrez and the team. They are always helpful and are happy to go through any questions we may have.
Dezrez has made things so much easier for us. We only have to write up our property particulars once and can then print different types and sizes of particulars, window cards, and plenty more. We can upload a large number of photographs and floor plans and, in a nutshell, Dezrez saves us a lot of time. The way the properties are instantly available online is superb; the property match facility is also very good and, in general it’s completely user friendly.
I certainly would recommend Dezrez to any estate agent looking to gain competitive advantage, as long as you're not in competition with us!
