The company we previously worked for had their own software, and we were concerned that we wouldn't be able to find a similar system. As it turned out we found an even better one in the form of Dezrez.
Initially it was hard to lose the manual diary but when we decided, “that’s it, all or nothing", we realised how good the Dezrez system is. I think this is best illustrated when we have a new starter and show them the system. Even those not as IT literate as some find it easy to learn, which is a huge advantage as longer training time means less time in the field. The support continues to be as good as it was on day one and have had no hesitation in installing Dezrez in all our branches.
